Plot Outline:
Two disgraced FBI agents go way undercover in an effort to protect hotel heiresses the Wilson Sisters from a kidnapping plot.

Useful Expressions

1. I don't know. I like a challenge.
= something needing great mental or physical effort in order to be done successfully and which therefore tests a person's ability

Eg. I never climbed the mountains. It's a challenge for me.

2. You guys got socialite kidnapping case?
Socialite = a person, usually of high social class, who is famous because they go to a lot of parties and social events which are reported in the newspapers

E.g. Paris Hilton is a socialite.

Kidnapping = process of taking a person away illegally by force, usually in order to demand money in exchange for releasing them

Eg. Paris Hilton is kidnapped. Kidnappers demand $50mln for her.

3. He lost his fortune.
= a large amount of money, goods, property, etc.

4. Stop being ridiculous.
= absurd, comical, foolish, funny, incredible, silly, stupid

5. You messed with the wrong blonde, pal.
mess with sb = to treat someone in a bad, rude or annoying way

Eg. I warned you already! Don't mess with me!

Pal = 1. a friend
        Eg. You're my best pal.
        2. sometimes used when talking to a man who is annoying you
        Eg. Look, pal, you're asking for trouble.

6. Who wants to start the bidding?
= to offer a particular amount of money for something which is for sale and compete against other people to buy it, especially at a public sale of goods or property

7.
Easy, white chocolate. I wouldn't want you to melt.
= become liquid, to turn from something solid into something soft or liquid, or to cause something to do this

Eg. In Canada the snow usually melts by mid March.


8. Would I let you down, Mr V?
= to disappoint someone by failing to do what you agreed to do or were expected to do

Eg. When I was sent to prison, I really felt I had let my parents down.

9. Everybody, they're impostors!
= a person who pretends to be someone else in order to trick others
