ICE SKATING updated 20 February 2007
An exciting activity was offered to St George Students. Everyone was invited to go ice skating in Avondale on Friday. Students have learned something new and shown off their skills on ice.

SURFING LESSONS updated 13 February 2007
On Friday February 2nd some of St George’s students attended surf school. The students meet outside the school at 7:20am, and then headed off to Mangawhai Head, this is a lovely New Zealand beach north of Auckland.The day began with lessons on surf safety and how to spot a rip. This is great to know as if you go swimming or surfing at a New Zealand surf beach it can be quite dangerous if you do not know about these things. The Students had a great day and some of them even managed to stand up!
SHARED LUNCH updated 22 January 2007
Yet again, St George students were invited to participate in a shared lunch on Friday the 19th January. Everyone brought a plate of his/her national food and shared it with friends and classmates. The whole school participated. This has been a great chance to practice speaking English, get to know eath other and enjoy a Friday afternoon munching away on tasty treats.
LASER STRIKE updated 22 December 2006
Do you enjoy a challenge? So do we! At St George you are not only challenged intellectually but physically at well. ST Georger students had great time during a game of Laser Strike at MegaZone.
THE SING STAR COMPETITION updated 11 November 2006
St George students were encouraged to join sing star competition, have amazing fun and simply enjoy themselves. The event was held on Friday 10th November 2006.

TRIP TO BAY OF ISLANDS AND SPRING BALL updated 10 November 2006
St George students went to the fantastic three-day trip to Bay of Islands this September.They wonderfully spent their holidays together, having lots of fun and exploring New Zealand! After having such a great time students are offered to spend yet more time together at the spring ball.

Hatem (from Saudi Arabia)
Hatem is one of our new students from Saudi Arabia! He became a star at St George as soon as he started the English course. Hatem is very friendly and open-minded person. He made lots of friends during his first week at the school. Hatem learns English for his future career in Saudi Arabia.
