MIBT was established in September 1996 to provide access to post secondary education for both Australian and International students who do not qualify for direct entry into university, but who, in the right circumstances, have the capacity and motivation to complete a degree program.
MIBT is a privately owned company with a Board of Directors. The Institute is registered with the Victorian Department of Education, Employment and Training as a Registered Training Organisation.
MIBT offers courses at two levels:
Pre-University Level - Certificate
The Certificate IV in University Foundation Studies is equivalent to the Foundation Studies programs offered at universities. The course is accredited by the Office of Training and Tertiary Education (OTTE).
University Level - Diploma
These courses are accredited by the Office of Higher Education, Department of Education and Training. |
