Christmas
M: Have you seen the Santa statue on the Whitcoulls building? It’s out early this season.
W: Christmas is approaching quickly.
M: Have you got your Christmas shopping out of the way?
W: Yes, I’ve found the perfect gifts for everyone on my list. Wow, be still my beating heart!
M: You are ahead of the game! By the way you look phenomenal.
W: Thanks. I’m getting a family picture taken today.
M: Do you guys get one every year?
W: Yeah, it’s for our annual family Christmas cards.
M: Don’t tell me you still do that! That’s so old fashioned.
W: Our family is big on tradition.
M: I suppose so, but in this day and age computers are the way to go.
W: For Christmas? If there is a time that calls for a personal touch, then it’s Christmas.
M: I don’t know. Going the extra mile just because it’s Christmas.
W: Hey, Scrooge! Where’s your holiday spirit?
M: Anyhow, I don’t actually feel like Christmas is around the corner.
In Korea, we never have Christmas when summer is in full swing.
